  1. Make pancake mix

    In a bowl, mash your banana, add your eggs, and add your flour. Stir until combined.

  2. Pan fry your pancakes

    Heat a large pan over medium heat and melt a small amount of butter in a pan (alternatively, you can use an olive oil spray). Use a 1/4 cup measuring cup to scoop and place mixture onto the hot pan. I scoop the cup about 2/3 full. Cook until golden brown on each side, about 2 minutes. I make mine 3-4 at a time. Makes 15 small pancakes.
