These chocolate caramel protein balls are the perfect healthy snack to satisfy your sweet tooth!

They get their delicious caramel flavour and chewy texture naturally from dates. The chocolate flavour comes from 28GO Chocolate Protein Powder, with added probitics.

Simply soak your cashews, then add them with all remaining ingredients to a food processor and process until well combined.

These chocolate caramel protein balls are the perfect healthy snack to satisfy your sweet tooth. With added 28GO Chocolate Protein Powder, you can get closer to your protein goal in the most delicious way possible! Sweetened naturally with gorgeous sticky dates, they have an amazing chewy texture and nutty aftertaste with blended cashews and a little peanut butter. This recipe serves 20 and you can store them in an air tight container in the fridge for the whole week.

  1. Soak your cashews

    Soak 1 cup of cashews (natural) in a bowl for 1 hour, then drain.

  2. Add all ingredients to a blender

    Add your drained cashews and all remaining ingredients to a blender and blend on high. It should be a sticky crumb, as shown below.

  3. Roll into even balls

    Roll your mixture into balls - it should make around 20 protein balls, depending on how big you roll them out.

  4. Store in an air tight container in the fridge

    Place your protein balls in an air tight container in the fridge, to eat throughout the week.
