Ready in 5 minutes, this edible cookie dough is easy to make and is super indulgent without all that extra butter and sugar. Made with almond flour, they’re also gluten free. And dairy free/vegan when substituting milk chocolate chips with vegan chocolate.

  1. Mix ingredients and roll balls

    Add all ingredients to a bowl, mix together with a spoon and then hands, roll balls out into a small golfball size.

  2. Refrigerate

    You can eat them straight away but for best results, refrigerate for 1 hour. Keeps in fridge in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
