Leftover chicken nuggets

Do you have leftover chicken? Why not make chicken nuggets for the littlies! Add your ingredients to a food processor, coat in crumbs, and bake in the oven. So easy!   1. Blend ingredients

    Preheat your oven to 180C fan-forced. Add all ingredients except the breadcrumbs into a high powdered blender and blend for 30 seconds or until very smooth.

  2. Shape nuggets and press into breadcrumbs

    Shape your chicken mixture into nugget shapes and press into breadcrumbs. Add to a lined baking tray.

  3. Spray and bake

    Spray your nuggets with olive oil spray, bake for 10 minutes, then flip over and spray again. Add to the oven again for 10 minutes.
