A super simple recipe, without all the added nasties. Pop 5 ingredients in a blender, pour into mould, freeze overnight, and enjoy. Perfect for toddler on hot days!

  1. Blend all ingredients

    Prepare then blend your ingredients. If the mixture is too thick to pour into moulds, add a little more water. 1 tablespoon at a time.

  2. Pour into moulds and freeze

    Pour into ice block moulds (mine are from Woolies, ‘MINT’ brand). Freeze overnight. Run under hot water to release ice block from mould (don’t burn yourself!).
