Short ribs are a great baby-led weaning starter food as your little one can eat tender, juicy meat straight off the bone without worry. This recipe uses pineapple juice, creating a naturally sweetened sauce without the added sugar. Try to pick a pineapple juice free from added sugar and preservatives, if it’s in your budget. These ribs are melt-in-your-mouth tender, with a sweet sticky finish. You should be able to find beef short ribs at your local butcher, but pork ribs work for this recipe too.
